Well, I’m in Santa Cruz, for a while, after being in Monterey and Big Sur, for a while, and soon i’ll be in San Diego, for a while, and then probably back in Santa Cruz, for a while, and then maybe Arcata again, when the weather gets better.

My life seems to have it’s own plans for me. I’ll be 59 in February, on the whole feeling pretty good about it. I signed up for a month of unlimited yoga classes at Divinitree on Water street; got a deal. Was going every day. Thanksgiving interrupted my flow, got back today. Feeling parts of my body aligning and strengthening. The classes get me going and introduce me to new postures, the home work is where i really learn it. Got a great Iyengar book, not Light on Yoga, a big hardcover with lots of illustrations and only the most important postures
